Loved the beautiful terrace for breakfast, providing stunning views of Palermo. The B&B is only a short walk to historical sights, making it easy to explore the city. Emiliano and Barbara were incredible hosts, always available with recommendations. I appreciated the cleanliness and the charming decor of my room. However, the shower stall was quite small and there were numerous stairs to climb, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was delightful and I'd recommend it to others.

This was just an ideal choice for a budget stay in Palermo with outstanding value. The rooftop terrace is a perfect spot to unwind with amazing views after a day of exploring. If you're carrying luggage, expect a workout with the stairs.

central location, historic charm, functional rooftop terrace
The lack of elevator means carrying bags up 72 steps is a workout!!! The seating on the terrace is uncomfortable due to no cushions, and it’s dark at night without any lights, making evening relaxation impossible.

Stunning terrace views, but carrying bags up all those stairs was a workout.

Breakfast on the stunning rooftop terrace was a delight, with ample offerings, including delicious English muffins that made for a perfect start to the day. The central location allows easy access to local culinary gems like Ferro di Cavallo and La Locanda del Gusto, both just a short walk away. Plus, Vito’s tips for exploring the area were spot on.
While the bathroom sparkled from impressive cleaning, I noticed a bit of mold on the shower wall. They’re clearly making an effort to tackle it, but it’s still a small blemish in an otherwise bright stay.

The bathroom proved to be very clean, showing good attention to upkeep. Located centrally, you can easily access main attractions nearby on foot.
The shower space felt cramped, and I encountered difficulties with the AC while trying to heat the room. Noise travelled from neighboring rooms, making it tough to have a restful night, and the kettle definitely needs an upgrade as it was in poor condition.

The lack of an elevator can be quite challenging, especially when carrying luggage up to the top floor.

Our stay was amazing with friendly staff and a fantastic rooftop breakfast view. We explored local attractions and enjoyed the vibrant nightlife. The rooms were comfortable and had a great atmosphere. It's in a perfect spot, so everything is accessible on foot. Definitely recommend the nearby restaurants for authentic cuisine!
Just keep in mind there are many stairs to climb to reach the hotel and the terrace, which can be tough with luggage.

The Queen Room was cozy and spotless! The decor was really nice too. It felt super private, which was great after a busy day exploring. The shower could have been a little more spacious, and I noticed some noise from the neighboring rooms sometimes. But overall, it was a pretty relaxing place to crash in between city adventures.

Stunning views and warm hospitality
I had an amazing stay with breathtaking views from the terrace during breakfast. The hosts, Barbara and Emiliano, made us feel welcomed from the get-go, providing great tips and serving delicious coffee over stunning city views. It's located in a quiet area yet near lively streets, making it perfect for exploring. Just a heads up, be prepared for quite a few stairs to climb, especially after a day of sightseeing.
